Professional Biography
I have over 15 years of experience in local government where I worked for several different municipalities in the following capacities:
Permit Technician, Code Enforcement Inspector, Assistant to the Town Administrator, Deputy Town Clerk, Town Clerk and Town Manager.
By unanimous vote, I was sworn in as Town Manager of one of the most affluent communities in the United States where I prepared and administered a comprehensive $20 million annual budget that was engineered to maximize resources, reduce costs and improve services that included the management of the following departments: Police, Fire, Administration, Building Services, Public Works (including Water Plant & Sewer), Library and Post Office. Although I truly enjoyed working in government and the impact that my team made within the community and the established relationships with external stakeholders, I realized that I had broken my glass ceiling (in the industry) and accomplished my goals in the public sector; the private sector was calling me.

Being the product of two entrepreneurs, becoming a business owner was in my DNA. Therefore, I started TVMT where I can utilize my knowledge and skill-set for businesses small and large by offering services that include but are not limited to Business Consulting and Management, Permit Management, Records Management, Records Compliance, Document Scanning, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Development of Standard Operating Procedures and Notary Services. In this capacity, I can now help property owners and business owners.
